Welcome to my web site!
Hi, I am Mike Lazers of RiverMoon Guide Service and I am
a fishing guide operating out of Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
I guide on the Wisconsin River Flowages located in central Wisconsin and I
specialize in guided musky hunts.
The Wisconsin River here in central Wisconsin is quickly becoming recognized
as a quality musky fishery with the potential for producing some real
giants! Recently, a number of muskies over 50-inches and topping the magic
40-pound mark have been documented from the river.
During the summer of 2000, a 53 1/2-inch trophy was caught from the Stevens
Point Flowage and a 54 1/2-inch monster was hooked and released from the
huge Petenwell Flowage. In 1995 an 11-year-old boy, who was fishing for
walleyes from shore, caught a 52-inch musky that weighed over 40-pounds from
the Biron Flowage!
In addition to the potential for trophy muskies, the Wisconsin River also
possesses an excellent smallmouth bass population, numerous walleyes and
channel catfish, and a good number of slab crappies.
